The Shores at Waikoloa Beach Resort is the original condominium community of Waikoloa Beach Resort, developed in 1986. The welcoming and elegant ambiance, open green spaces, koi ponds and spacious lanais have distinguished the Shores as a special place many owners have chosen as their primary home or vacation home.
Other Shores owners offer their apartments for rent through various property managers or vacation rental companies, as a destination for visitors looking for short-term or long-term rentals.
